These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in The BE YOUR OWN MASTER membership community as well as our training, courses and other products. By joining any of our courses and other offerings, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before participating.

2. Membership and Courses Eligibility

The 'BE YOUR OWN MASTER' Community platform membership and our training /courses are open to anyone interested in elevating their lives to the better.

3. The 'BE YOUR OWN MASTER' Community Platform

We offer both monthly and annual membership plans. Details of these plans, including fees and benefits, are provided on our website.

4. Payments and Renewals of our Community Platform

  • Monthly Membership: Fees are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Your membership will renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
  • Annual Membership: Fees are billed annually on a recurring basis. Your membership will renew automatically each year unless canceled. 
  • Annual Membership Payment Plan:  The payment plan option is not available for auto-renew. You will have to manually renew each year if you are interested in continuing your membership in subsequent years. We will contact you after the period of 1 year with options to rejoin. 
     

5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Monthly Membership: You may cancel your monthly membership at any time. No refunds will be issued for monthly memberships.
  • Annual Membership: You may cancel your annual membership within 14 days of the initial subscription date for a full refund. After this period, no refunds will be issued. There are no refunds for the Annual Membership Payment Plan.
  • SYNERGETIC KINESIOLOGY By Fleimisch® or other purchased courses: There is a 14 day money back guarantee on any purchased course. You may cancel the course within 14 days of the initial purchase date for a full refund. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

6. Use of our Community Platform

Our 'BE YOUR OWN MASTER' community and our training /courses may include forums, chat groups, live calls, and other interactive activities. By participating, you agree to:

  • Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members.
  • Refrain from sharing explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content.
  • Avoid spamming, trolling, or engaging in any disruptive behaviour.
  • Refrain from advertising own or other businesses.
     

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

8. Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The 'BE YOUR OWN MASTER' membership community, our training, courses and other offerings are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not warrant that the community or its content will meet your expectations or be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maria Fleimisch | SYNERGETIC KINESIOLOGY By Fleimisch® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use Maria Fleimisch | SYNERGETIC KINESIOLOGY By Fleimisch®, training, courses and other offerings
  • Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any content obtained from Maria Fleimisch | SYNERGETIC KINESIOLOGY By Fleimisch® training, courses and other offerings
  • Any health issues, mental or physical
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on Maria Fleimisch | SYNERGETIC KINESIOLOGY By Fleimisch® training, courses and other offerings.
     

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, Europe, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Austria, Europe.
